His Lordship was born on 21.12.1969 (DOB as per records 20.05.1969) at Kothagudem Town of erstwhile Khammam District in an agricultural family to Sri Mummineni Nageswara Rao and Late Smt. Bharatha Lakshmi. Studied in Government School and Government Junior College at his native village Charla, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District upto Intermediate and did graduation at Sir C.R.Reddy College, Eluru, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. Thereafter, did active agriculture for a period of two years and then as per wish of his Lordships mother, studied LL.B. course at Nanded and completed LL.B. in the year 1994 and enrolled as an Advocate in the erstwhile Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh on 21.12.1994. While pursuing his LL.B. course during 1991-1994, worked as Typist-cum-Advocate Clerk in the office of Sri M.R.K.Chowdary, Senior Advocate, who happens to be his paternal uncle and after enrolment, joined in the chambers of Sri M.R.K.Chowdary and continued in the same office till 2004 and started independent practice in the year 2005. He was the Legal Advisor and retainer for K.L.University, Vijayawada and Hyderabad and all the institutions run by Vignana Jyothi Society at Hyderabad and several other Software Companies. He practiced in all branches of law in High Court and also practiced in City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, District Court, Ranga Reddy District and Family Courts in twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. After the bifurcation of the erstwhile High Court of Andhra Pradesh, continued practice in the High Court for the State of Telangana and elevated as Judge on 24.03.2022. Subsequently, his Lordship was transferred as a Judge of Madras High Court and assumed charge as such on the AN of 23.11.2023 at 4.45 PM.
